Last year, the spotlight was firmly on this public health challenge within the industry. By mid-year, Roman Todd, a prominent figure in the US gay porn scene, found himself on the brink of death due to a fentanyl overdose.
We hoped of sparking a meaningful dialogue about drug abuse in the industry. Sadly, there was a regrettable lack of substantive action following the initial scandal.
Worst or Best?
We are in trouble here. Was this one of the best, or the worst of porn 2023? One the one hand, the monstrosity of celebrating the murdering of innocent children and women is evident. In this case, Michael Lucas goes beyond that, to even bragging with genocidal lust. On the other hand, this will perhaps be the final push that will get Lucas out of business.

There is nothing else to add to this story. From gay porno thugs flashing a fork as a weapon to gay revengeful psychos shitting on their partners stuff, it has everything a reality show would dream of. Unquestionably, this is the worst of porn 2023 soap operas.
Worst Head of 2023
If they wanted to confront the rumors about Cade Maddox refusing to suck dick on camera, they should have chosen a better picture. Damn, it looks like he is about to puke.
Beyond whether or not he likes giving head, at this point his botox seems to be an obstacle for properly performing one. You may think we are overreacting by including Cade among the worst of porn 2023, and you may be right.
However, we do have a sincere concern about overuse of plastic surgery procedures. To be honest, there is no really a political or principled reason. This blogger just think it looks terrible, and unfortunately is becoming a normal practice for the new younger generations. Botox, plastic procedures, painted nails, and make up, this blogger is shaking in disgust.
The War on Drags in the USA
We bring Tennessee just as an example, as the war on drags was pushed by the Right Wing crazies all over the US.. Indeed, this ridiculous trend deserves a place among the worst of porn 2023.
And with that note, we fix our wig, retouch our makeup, and get ready to exit. Soon, we will stop looking at the past to start enjoying the new year.
